A microwave, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator in my suite were a very thoughtful addition. Private bathrooms, that included bathtubs, were cleaned daily.

The staff was pleasant and the room was great-sized and big. The food was savoury with plenty of choice! Residential location, within walking distance of john hancock tower. Easy check-in.

The hotel was in an IDEAL location, I liked cozy room and very very helpful staff. Property was fairly clean. I had quick lunch at Tender Greens, located next door to the hotel. Late check out too.
